The room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, with fresh breads. The hotel was in a super central setting really close to downtown.

The location is great, just 1 mile from Tubbs Hill Nature Trails, and we would definitely book here again for a fantastic experience.

The weather was wonderful, had fantastic stay for a night on way east. Had central location very close to the downtown area. What's more, it was just next door to a beautiful Lake within walking distance. I liked this hotel.

Fun for sightseeing, nice staff

I had a good time sightseeing around here and the staff I met were awesome and friendly. It was a decent place in general. 😊 But, honestly, the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.

Wanted to explore Coeur d'Alene and this hotel was great place for doing it. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with double bed and microwave, for example. The restaurant was not too far from the venue.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to an excellent restaurant recommended by the receptionist, and close to the city park, museum, and beautiful lake. Additionally, it is only 3 km from Fernan Lake.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Metro. Man erreicht schnell öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Parkplätze in der TG sind auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Einfahrt ist ein wenig eng, aber machbar. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelanlage war sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Es gab eine tolle Lounge, drinnen und draußen, mit bequemen Sesseln. Es gab einen großen Flachbildschirm und einen USB-Anschluss direkt am Bett. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war großartig.
